The job
Replace the platform without treating launch as the finish line.
Conversation intelligence sits inside daily field work. Moving to a replacement involved the tool, its data and integrations, recording requirements, and the people expected to use it.
My contribution
I led the technical and organizational work together.
My scope included privacy, security, and legal reviews, Salesforce integration, UAT, enablement, and post-launch support. The work also created a conversation-data foundation for analytics and downstream automation.
The tradeoffThe new capabilities had to fit the recording and access requirements. Legal and privacy review were part of the delivery work, not something to skip for a faster launch.

A platform serving a global field organization.
The public resume records a rollout to 1,100 users and retirement of the $291K annual Clari Copilot contract. That is the retired contract value; it is not a claim of $291K in net savings after replacement costs.
