I lead the GTM systems team and am building a new GTM AI program at Diligent, a global governance, risk, and compliance software company.

I set priorities for GTM systems and AI, lead the team, and own the roadmap, budget, and renewal decisions. The role combines day-to-day systems responsibility with building the new AI program.

Choose the workflows worth building.
Connect the AI roadmap to the work Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations need done. Give each use case an owner, a purpose, and a way to judge the result.
Make production responsibilities clear.
Define how we test, review access, approve releases, and support agents after launch, working with Business Technology and Security.
Build the team’s ability to deliver.
Develop people, set clear ownership across the systems portfolio, and create shared standards so useful work can extend beyond one builder.
