Account research, from hours to minutes.

I personally built an account-intelligence agent that brought information from nine or more systems into one place for GTM teams.

The problem

Research meant moving between tools.

Preparing for an account required finding the relevant CRM, customer-success, reporting, conversation, and document context. My September 2026 career summary records the previous research task taking three to four hours.

My contribution

I built the agent myself.

I connected the account-intelligence workflow across nine or more systems, including Salesforce, Gainsight, Tableau, call transcripts, and internal documents. This was hands-on delivery within the broader AI program I led.

The tradeoffA single brief makes research faster, but the source systems still hold the underlying information. The brief supports the person preparing for the account; it does not replace their judgment.

The result

A much shorter path to account context.

My career summary reports research time falling to three to four minutes and adoption by more than 500 GTM users. Those are reported results for this workflow, not a claim that every user saved the same amount on every run.
