The operating problem

A platform replacement had to preserve daily user workflows while satisfying privacy, security, legal, integration, enablement, and support requirements. The data also needed to become useful beyond the application itself.

The system

The transition combined platform selection and rollout with Salesforce integration, UAT, field enablement, and post-launch support. A live Momentum-to-BigQuery pipeline then made transcripts and AI signals available as a reusable foundation for analytics, forecasting, and downstream automation.

The result

Momentum scaled to 1,100 global users while the $291K annual Clari Copilot contract was retired. The resulting data path extended the value of conversation intelligence into broader analytical and applied AI workflows.
